This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs,  stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with everyone involved to provide a seamless experience.

There are numerous things going on during construction that we are constantly monitoring.  Working with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From ground breaking to the last part being put in place, we stay focused on the goal. 

The last step in any build we do. This phase includes site cleanup, systems learning, final inspections and move-in day. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
